BMMU guarantees that all orders that have been paid for will be shipped and packed in a decent and discrete way. However, BMMU will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by the use, ordering or delivery of items to or by you. Delivery is always guaranteed or your money back, if for some reason your order is not received within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us by replying to your original order confirmation email. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.

BMMU does not sell to minors or big babies. Those who order must be at least 21 years of age and be able and willing to read and follow our instructions carefully.
When placing an order, you confirm you’re an adult and agree to provide a picture ID if requested. If you’re uncomfortable sharing this information, do not place an order. Any orders without verification will be canceled and refunded.
We ship all orders Monday through Wednesday to ensure freshness. Orders received from Thursday to Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
We do provide a tracking number.
Weather
During spring and summer chocolate might melt, Many demanding chocolate consumers are unaware of how difficult it is to ship chocolate and make sure it arrives in perfect conditions during the hot days of the year. we do try hard so that it arrives in good condition, but if your chocolate arrives melted for some reason, don’t worry jut put in in the freezer for a few minutes and it will still be good to eat. You might also want to consider cookies instead of chocolate during summer (coming soon)

Comments

How long we retain your data
